As a licensed fiduciary serving as Conservator, I am appointed by the court to manage the personal care and/or financial affairs of an individual who is unable to do so safely and effectively on their own. My responsibilities may include paying bills, managing investments, protecting assets, coordinating healthcare and living arrangements, overseeing caregivers, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring all court-required reporting is completed timely and accurately.
My role is to act in the conservatee's best interests at all times, providing independent, professional oversight while preserving their dignity, safety, and quality of life. I work closely with family members, attorneys, healthcare providers, and the court to ensure the conservatee's needs are met and their affairs are managed responsibly.
My expertise offers tailored estate and asset planning services to ensure your assets are managed with integrity. We prioritize transparency and professionalism.
When I am named as Successor Trustee, I conduct a comprehensive review of the entire estate to ensure all assets, accounts, and estate planning documents are properly titled, aligned with the trust, and up to date. This proactive audit helps identify and resolve potential issues before they become problems. I also meet with clients annually to review any changes in their financial, personal, or estate circumstances and make sure the estate plan continues to reflect their wishes.
